Delivery: Tokyo Story is committed to shipping your package as soon as possible, 2 to 5 working days in general. The cost of delivery in Switzerland is included in the price of the item and is not charged additionally. Deliveries outside the Swiss Confederation are not yet possible, we regret it.

 

Cancellation : If in doubt about a size or color, we encourage you to contact us before validating your order. If however you had to cancel your order, the cancellation of your order is accepted until 12 hours after the confirmation of this one. Tokyo story reserves the right to charge any costs inherent in the cancellation.  

 

Return Policy : You may return an item up to 14 days from receipt. Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer. The item must be returned in the same condition. Tokyo Story reserves the right to charge for an item if found to be in poor condition after return.

 

Items sold are not new, we value sustainable trade and welcome the opportunity to give these items a second life. Clothes and objects sold by Tokyo Story may have small signs of wear, defects (...) in which case we specify it.
