Delivery : mysecond-hand undertakes to ship your package as soon as possible, 2 to 5 working days in general. The cost of delivery to Switzerland is included in the price of the item and is not billed additionally. Deliveries outside the Helvetic Confederation are not yet possible, we regret it.

Cancellation : If in doubt about a size or color, we encourage you to contact us before confirming your order. If, however, you had to cancel your order, the cancellation of your order is accepted up to 12 hours after confirmation thereof. mysecond-hand reserves the right to invoice any costs inherent in the cancellation.

Return Policy : You can return an item up to 14 days from receipt. The return costs are the responsibility of the buyer. The item must be returned in the same condition. mysecond-hand reserves the right to charge for an item if it is found to be in poor condition after its return.

The items sold are not new, we value sustainable trade and we are delighted to be able to give these items a second life. The clothes and objects sold by mysecondhand may have small signs of wear, defects (...) in which case we will specify it. However, we may not have noted it during our checks, which are however carried out.  with great care. The article is unique, we value it in its condition without modifying it.
